Based in London, Andi Star is a south asian London-based pop-rock artist, singer-songwriter, and music producer. She’s not afraid to push boundaries, and combines her extensive training in Indian Classical Music and Western Vocals to craft emotionally-driven, high-energy music that blends global pop influences with a distinct cross-cultural identity.

In 2023, Andi's pop-rock anthems “Last Night” and “Hey Rockstar” earned her a spotlight in Rolling Stone India magazine. In 2024, Andi was accepted into AWAL, the hub for independent artists. She has since released 8 studio singles across major platforms through AWAL, with editorial support from Buzz Music LA and Under The Radar UK. Her song “Shame” was featured on Grammy U’s Evolve & Elevate and Rocktober playlists.

She took her artistry to the next level with the genre-bending track "Hands Up,” a song that fuses traditional Indian instruments with dubstep and electronic beats. Written and produced entirely by her, this song earned her a spot among the finalists of the JBL x Martin Garrix Music Academy in 2024. In 2025, the song was officially submitted for consideration at the Grammy Awards by the Recording Academy. An ambitiously experimental project that started by playing around with sounds and ended with Andi creating something uniquely her own.

In September that same year, Star performed live at The Roxy in Soho and The Star in Shoreditch in London. In 2026, Andi was announced as one of the recipients and of the “Studios for All Fund” powered by Footlocker UK.

When she’s not dropping hits, you’ll catch Andi on screen. As an actor, she’s graced ads for popular brands like Wendy’s, OnePlus, and Minute Maid, and even made appearances on Disney+ and Amazon Prime shows. ​Whether she’s in the studio, on stage, or in front of the camera, Andi Star is all about chasing dreams and inspiring others to do the same.
